THC has been diligently working since spring of 2020 to refine its workflow and now is in a position to announce exciting and new developments.

Mediation Practice

THC has formalized its services in the field of general mediation. Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) and Online Mediation will be a service that THC provides with the nation's leading dispute resolution organization, FirstCourt. 

Music Management Onboarding: "Meeting of Minds" Service

Having worked in the music industry for over 18 years, THC is aware of the cost and lack of education involved when a music manager seeks to engage an artist or content creator. We are now offering services that will allow both parties to safely share their expectations of what they seek in a management deal. THC Begins Consulting with a New York City based Record Label

On 22nd of September, 2020 - THC entered into a consulting arrangement with a NY based record label that has been in music since the 1980s and still enjoys relevant commercial activity today. As a generalist, THC shall initially be providing assistance in licensing coordination, database solutions for rights management and internal processes development. We look forward to sharing more milestones as the relationship continues. 

Music Manager - The Shared Learning Experience Next Video

With all the exciting developments occurring with THC we are confirming our commitment in production of this online service. The next video is midway in production and will provide a competitive "buyer's guide" to Performance Rights Organizations in the United States. There will be a focus on affiliation as both as writer and publisher examining initial on-boarding, catalog maintenance, song registrations, royalties and creative/member services. 

Depending on the final edit, the tutorial will either be separated into two 8 minute videos or one extended tutorial. The overall structure of this course will, over time, include interactive and written content that will be available either through Udemy or Teachable learning platforms.

Incubation Projects

THC has many complimentary services and products scheduled for deployments. When specific internal milestones have been met - we shall launch a dedicated site to accelerate these new growth areas.
